Tesi Industrial Management holdings transferred to Finnish Minerals Group
Shares of Keliber Oy owned by the Tesi Industrial Management Oy have been transferred to Finnish Minerals Group. After the transfer Finnish Minerals Group owns 190,662 B-shares of Keliber Oy, which corresponds 17.6% of total shares of Keliber Oy, including both A- and B-shares.
