Kemira Oyj issues a EUR 200 million bond

Kemira issues a senior unsecured bond of EUR 200 million. The seven-year bond matures on 30 March 2028 and it carries a fixed annual interest of 1.000 per cent. The issue price of the notes is 99.183 per cent. The offering was allocated to approximately 50 investors.

Kemira will submit an application to have the bond listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The net proceeds from the bond offering will be used for the partial repurchase of the existing notes due 2022 and the remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Danske Bank A/S and Nordea Bank Abp act as joint lead managers for the issue of the bond.
