Kemira’s Board of Directors resolved on the share allocation of the commencing performance period for the long-term incentive plan

Kemira’s Board of Directors resolved on the share allocation of the commencing performance period for the long-term incentive plan

Kemira has a long-term share incentive plan for key employees, which includes three three-year performance periods: years 2022-2024, 2023-2025 and 2024-2026 decided by the Board of Directors of Kemira Oyj in December 2021.

The Board of Directors of Kemira Oyj has decided the maximum share allocation and participants to the commencing performance period 2024-2026. This commencing performance period 2024-2026 is directed to approx. 90 people and the rewards to be paid in this performance period, if the criteria are fulfilled, will amount up to a maximum of 630,000 Kemira Oyj shares. In addition, a cash proportion intended to cover the taxes and tax-related costs arising from the reward is included.

The aim of the long-term share incentive plan is to combine the objectives of the shareholders and the persons participating in the plan to increase the value of Kemira, to commit the participants to Kemira, and to offer them a competitive reward plan.

Kemira issued a stock exchange release on the establishment of the long-term share incentive plan 2022-2026 on December 16, 2021 and more information on the long-term share incentive plan can be found from the above mentioned release.
