Proposals for an exciting new development to continue the regeneration of Ipswich docks and preserve a historic brewery have been put before borough council planners.The public are being invited to view an exhibition outlining the early stages of the plan, being held at the Brewery Tap pub in Cliff Quay on the 10th of July, from 11am to 3pm and from 5pm to 7.30pm. The scheme, centring on the former Grade II listed Tolly Cobbold Brewery, aims to provide 48 residential flats, a hotel, a health and fitness club, a medium-sized supermarket and other commercial and retail units.
