On the 25th of October 2012, the Helsinki International Arbitration Day 2012 brings together the top experts in the field of arbitration. Finland is well on its way to become a well-known and accredited country in regards of international arbitration. Finnish dispute resolution has the potential to turn into an export industry worth hundreds of millions of euros.
The key issues of arbitration are discussed in the event. Has international arbitration become too risky? What are the key challenges with setting the arbitration clause and enforcing it? Are due process under attack?
