Reference is made to the stock announcement dated 4 November 2021 with key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Kid ASA.

Due to technical difficulties encountered by the payment provider, unfortunately the original Payment date of 23 November 2021 will be postponed until 24 November 2021.
