Kid ASA - Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021

Lier, 6 May 2021: The annual General Meeting of Kid ASA will be held on Thursday 27th of May 2020 at the company's headquarter at Gilhusveien 1 in Lier at 14.00 CET.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company's shareholders are requested to refrain from physical attendance and instead vote in advance or by proxy to the meeting chair as described in the attached documents.
