Kid ASA - Revenues for the Fourth Quarter of 2022

Lier, 9 January 2023: Kid ASA today announces unaudited revenue figures for the fourth quarter of 2022 (previous year in brackets). For definition of like-for-like stores, please see latest quarterly report at www.investor.kid.no.

Group
Q4 revenues increased by +2.1% (+2.5%) to MNOK 1,108.6 (MNOK 1,085.8¹). Like-for-like sales increased by +1.8%² (+0.2%).

Online sales accounted for 11.0% (9.6%²) of total revenues in the quarter.

For the fiscal year 2022, group revenues increased by +4.5% (+4.5%) to MNOK 3,178.1 (MNOK 3,040.9³). Like-for-like sales increased by +3.1%² (+2.3%).

Segment Kid Interior
Q4 revenues increased by +2.3% (-1.0%) to MNOK 703.4 (MNOK 687.4). Like-for-like sales increased by +0.9% (-3.8%). Online sales increased by +24.1% (+4.7%).

For the fiscal year 2022, revenues increased by +5.3% to MNOK 1,983.6 (MNOK 1,883.5). Like-for-like sales increased by +3.2% (-1.8%). Online sales increased by +17.0% (+21.2%).

One store was opened, three stores were relocated and one store was refurbished during the quarter. There were no closed stores. The total number of physical stores at the end of the quarter was 156 (153). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 81 (81).

Segment Hemtex
Q4 revenues increased by +1.7% (+9.0%) to MSEK 426.5 (MSEK 419.3). Like-for-like sales increased by +3.5% (+7.8%). Online sales increased by +11.0% (-0.8%).

For the fiscal year 2022, revenues increased by +3.2% to MSEK 1,252.5 (MSEK 1,213.9). Like-for-like sales increased by +2.8% (+9.8%). Online sales increased by +7.3% (+21.8%).

Two stores were opened, two stores were relocated and six stores were refurbished during the quarter. There were no closed stores. The total number of physical stores at the end of the quarter was 130 (133). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 91 (91).
