Gjelsten Holding AS, Kid ASA's largest shareholder and a primary insider represented on the Board of Directors, has today sold 5.000.000 shares in Kid ASA at a price of NOK 29,50 per share.

Following the transaction, Gjelsten Holding AS holds 14.879.309 shares in Kid ASA, representing 36,61% of outstanding shares.
