Business Development Director for NAPS, Kaye Emkovik, Retires After 18 Years
DEL MAR, CA - Kaye Emkovik, NAPS’ Business Development Director retired in September after a successful 18-year career with North American Production Sharing, Inc. (NAPS). Kaye joined the company only two years after NAPS established its U.S. offices in downtown San Diego. Kaye’s positive outlook, Midwestern work ethic and cheerful disposition allowed her to excel in the challenging task of reaching out to companies in the manufacturing sector. Emkovik was instrumental in helping NAPS become a shelter industry leader in the northwest of Mexico. Under Kaye’s stewardship, the company created and expanded a manufacturing database that exceeds 30,000 entries. She also established a Tijuana based Business Development Center, setting standards and protocols as well as training young call center operators to a high level of professionalism. Upon retiring, Kaye plans to continue her community involvement as a trained youth advocate with the San Diego court system. She will also pursue her passions of helicopter flying, tango dancing and traveling around the world. Vivian Lampell Olmos was promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Development. Vivian started her career at NAPS in 2005 and has expanded her role in the company from writing and networking, to strategic alliances and business development. Olmos collaborates extensively with Jeremy Katz who has been promoted to Marketing Director. With Jeremy’s ample experience in online marketing and web strategy, the company will continue to gain market share and visibility in Mexico’s manufacturing sector. Kaye will be remembered fondly by her friends and colleagues in Del Mar, Tijuana and Ciudad Juarez, as well as by the many people she connected with over the years at NAPS. We wish her much success in all her future endeavors.
