Therese Hillman resigns from the Board of Unibet Group
As Therese Hillman has been appointed new CFO of NetEnt AB she has decided to resign from the Board of Unibet Group plc as this board appointment could be conflict of interest with her new employment.
Therese Hillman has been a Unibet Group board member and a member of the audit committee since 2015.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Therese for her dedicated and professional work as a board member at Unibet Group.
