•Gross Winnings Revenue amounted to GBP 18.4 (9.2) million for the second quarter of 2006 and GBP 35.8 (16.1) million for the first half year. •Profit after tax for the second quarter of 2006 increased to GBP 3.9 (2.8) million. Profit after tax for the first half year increased to GBP 9.5 (5.3) million. •Earnings per share were GBP 0.140 (0.108) for the second quarter of 2006 and GBP 0.339 (0.208) for the first half year. •Number of active customers at the end of the quarter was 223,104 (72,407). •Record quarterly gross winnings revenue from non-sports betting of GBP 12.2 (4.7) million. •World Cup 2006 saw records in monthly gross turnover and numbers of bets taken, with a satisfactory gross winnings margin considering the outcome of the championship.
