Restructuring brings leadership changes to telecommunications distributor
TRENTON, TN, October 2, 2013 --- King Technologies, Inc. announced today that the 25 year old family-run business has undergone an organizational restructuring. Former CEO, Diana King has passed the crown to Christopher Doyle, who took the role of Chief Operating Officer in October, 2011. Doyle assumed the role of CEO effective June 1, 2013.
Doyle states, “I am deeply grateful to Diana for her trust and confidence in bringing me into the King family. First as COO, and now entrusting me with a business I know she loves. A primary goal will continue to be to honor George King’s legacy and to carry forward his love of technology and commitment to quality and service.”
Doyle brings 25 years of IT and telecom experience to King Technologies. In addition to his role at King, he is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Suncoast Technology Forum. Most recently he served as VP of Product Marketing and Marketing Communications at Teltronics, Inc. Previously, he was at Panasonic Corporation where he held the title of Product Manager for Business Telephone Systems (BTS). During his tenure, he utilized a diverse channel partner program to sell a range of VoIP-based telephony solutions. His prior experiences with prominent companies such as KnoahSoft, Vertical Communications and Black Box Network Services, as well as earning various technology related certifications, afford him the knowledge and skill set necessary to help carry King into an ever evolving telecom industry.
