At the Annual General Meeting of Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik held today, shareholders approved the distribution proposed by the Board of Directors. The distribution in kind of one share in Invik. & Co. AB for every 100 shares in Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik will be in the form of stock distribution rights. For each series A share in Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik, the shareholder will receive one series A stock distribution right, and for each series B share in Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik, one series B stock distribution right. For every round lot of 100 series A stock distribution rights, the holder will receive one series A share in Invik. & Co. AB, and for every round lot of 100 series B stock distribution rights, the holder will receive one series B share in Invik. & Co. AB. The record date for the distribution in kind is May 27, 1999. The AGM also approved a cash dividend of SEK 1.00 (one) per share as proposed by the Board of Directors. The record date for the cash dividend is May 27, 1999. Edvard von Horn, Stig Nordin, Ulf Spång, Jan Hugo Stenbeck, and Dag Tigerschiöld were re-elected to the board, and Bruce Grant and Wilhelm Klingspor were elected to the board. At the Board meeting following the AGM, Jan Hugo Stenbeck was elected Chairman of the Board. Hans Karlsson, Lars Träff, and Anders Wiger were re-elected auditors of the company, while Carl Lindgren, Ingemar Rindstig, and Erik Åström were re- elected deputy auditors. The AGM voted in favor of changes in the company's articles of incorporation as proposed by the Board of Directors.
