Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik has through its subsidiary MSLA (Mellersta Sveriges Lantbruks AB) together with a Polish partner acquired the farm Barciany located in northeastern Poland (former East Prussia). The total acreage for the farm is 3.390 ha out of which 3.275 ha are productive farmland. The seller is the Polish Government. The main product at Barciany is wheat. In the near future inventory, consisting amongst other things, of 775 cows and approximately 900 calves will be acquired. MSLA is presently operating three farms in Sweden located in the following counties, Östergötland (Ullevi), Skåne (Svedberga) and Västergötland (Russelbacka).
