Stockholm, New York, - 15 March 2000 - Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik ("Kinnevik") today announces that its registration statement on form 20- F has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and its Series A and Series B ADSs have been approved for inclusion on the Nasdaq National Market System in New York. Beginning today, it has become possible to trade the Kinnevik ADSs on the Nasdaq National Market System under the symbols KVIKA and KVIKB. One Kinnevik ADS of Series A and Series B represent one Kinnevik share of Series A and Series B respectively. Besides on Nasdaq, the Kinnevik stock is traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange A-list under the symbols KINVA and KINVB. Kinnevik has investments mainly within the telecom- and client service sector and within the forestry industry.
