The board of Korsnäs yesterday appointed Vigo Carlund, Executive Vice President of Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik, also as Executive Vice President of Korsnäs. At the same time an executive committee for Korsnäs was formed. Members are Mr Jan H Stenbeck, Chairman of the board, Stig Nordin, and Vigo Carlund. During the autumn the intention is that Vigo Carlund will succeed Stig Nordin as CEO and President of Korsnäs and to appoint Nordin deputy chairman of the Korsnäs board.
