Transcom WorldWide lists shares on NASDAQ and Stockholmsbörsen#s O-list in Sweden

Transcom WorldWide lists shares on NASDAQ and Stockholmsbörsen's O-list in Sweden Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik announced today that trading in Transcom WorldWide S.A. shares will begin on the NASDAQ National Market in New York and Stockholmsbörsen's O-list when the markets open on Thursday September 6th, 2001. The record date of Transcom WorldWide shares is set to September 4th, 2001. The last day for trading Kinnevik shares including Transcom WorldWide shares is August 30th, 2001. Transcom WorldWide will be listed on Stockholmbörsen's O-list under the symbols TWWA and TWWB and on the NASDAQ National Market in New York as TRCMA and TRCMB. The proposal to distribute all shares in Transcom WorldWide S.A. to the shareholders of Kinnevik was announced on February 20th, 2001. Kinnevik's Annual General Meeting approved the proposal on May 18th, 2001. Each class A share in Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik entitles its owner to one A share in Transcom WorldWide S.A. Each B share in Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik entitles its owner to 0.65 B share and 0.35 A share in Transcom WorldWide S.A.
