Transcom WorldWide signs contract with Birka Cruises Transcom WorldWide has signed a contract with Birka Cruises in Sweden. To start off the cooperation between the two companies, Transcom will handle parts of Birka Cruises' customer service/bookings. It is the intention of both companies to develop the cooperation into other customer service areas.
