KLAR Partners boosts Enerim’s future growth prospects through a strategic divestment of its Wholesale Markets business to allow enhanced focus on its market-leading SaaS solutions
After a successful carve-out and reorganisation of the business, funds advised by KLAR Partners Limited (“KLAR Partners” or “KLAR”) are supporting Enerim Oy (“Enerim” or the “Company”) on the next step of its growth journey. By divesting its Wholesale Markets business, the company can concentrate on streamlining its software offering while consolidating its leading position as a supplier of SaaS solutions to utility companies in northern Europe.
With its End User Markets business, Enerim has established itself as a market-leading provider of mission-critical SaaS solutions that automate customer management and billing processes specifically for energy and utility companies.
As part of a strategic plan to focus on its software offering, and in response to proactive industry interest, Enerim has decided to divest its Wholesale Markets business, which specialises in providing versatile energy market services. The business has been acquired by Volue, a major provider of technologies and services for customers navigating the energy transition, headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
Following this divestment, Enerim can concentrate on expanding its client base in key markets, while making further investments in developing and adapting its SaaS solutions for new geographies. This represents an opportunity to accelerate its growth journey towards becoming the most trusted advisory-based services and software partner for utility companies in northern Europe.
