Acquires portfolio of 37 rental apartments in Västervik
KlaraBo strengthens its presence and acquires a portfolio of 37 apartments in total in Västervik. The total area amounts to 2,200 sqm of living area and is divided among three properties. The portfolio will be taken over 1 July 2022.
The property portfolio is fully rented and lies in the center of Västervik. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 34.05 million and the rental value amounts to approximately SEK 2.7 million. 91% of the income is derived from residential apartments. The properties will be managed by our existing organisation and complements KlaraBos 167 existing rental apartments in the city.
”There is a great demand for centrally-located rental apartments in Västervik and the occupancy rate for our existing property portfolio is 100%. Our own technical staff in the locality will manage the properties, which is expected to provide cost-effective management as no strengthening of the organisation is required”, says Magnus Johansson, Head of Business Development at KlaraBo.
