Changes in KlaraBo’s management group to enhance efficiency of work related to growth strategy in new construction
As part of its efforts to improve the company’s efficiency and leverage synergy effects, it has been decided that KlaraBo’s current Head of Business Development, Magnus Johansson, will take on a new role with responsibility for the company’s new construction. Magnus will assume the new position on 1 September at the latest. The decision was made following Head of New Construction Joakim Backström’s decision to leave the company.
Magnus Johansson was previously CEO of the Kuststaden Group and has served as Head of Business Development at KlaraBo since 2021. As Head of Business Development, Magnus is responsible for KlaraBo’s strategic work related to land allocations and new construction. In order to streamline the company’s processes and better utilise Magnus’s previous experience, it was decided, in conjunction with Joakim Backström’s decision to leave the company, that a new role would be established in the management group. The role combines responsibility for the company’s business development and new construction.
Joakim Backström, who has been employed at KlaraBo since 2017, will remain at the company during a transition period. Magnus Johansson will take over his new role on 1 September. KlaraBo also announced yesterday that it had recruited Kristin Lundmark as its interim Sustainability Manager.
