KlaraBo got land allocated in Skelleftea for about 130 sustainable apartments

KlaraBo has received a land allocation at Anderstorg in Skelleftea. The area has a completed zoning plan that allows construction of approximately 10,000 sqm of BTA, or the equivalent of approximately 130 rental apartments. The homes will maintain a high sustainability standard and building design will begin immediately.

Anderstorg is centrally located with proximity to, among other things, university campuses, preschools, and schools as well as retail stores. The intention is to develop environmentally friendly, sustainable housing built mainly in wood in collaboration with the architectural and consulting firm Greenhouse Living.

The exterior will be characterized by wood and glass with greenhouse balconies and a plant wall in the courtyard. In addition, several innovative and sustainable solutions are planned to be able to environmentally certify the property.
