KlaraBo rents out 1,600 sqm to Malmö Stad

KlaraBo has signed a five-year lease agreement for 1,600 sqm with Malmö Stad at Norra Bulltoftavägen 63. The property is located in Malmö city center and is, with the signing of this rental contract, fully let. The agreement will take effect on October 1, 2023.

The property is let in its entirety by Malmö Stad for its services within the functional support administration. The property has already been designed for nursing homes and does not require any further adaptation.

KlaraBo has previously had well-advanced plans to convert this development property into housing but has now chosen to meet the rental needs of Malmö Stad. This has an immediate positive effect on the company's earning capacity, as the property previously did not generate income.
