New number of shares and votes in KlaraBo Sverige AB

The number of shares and votes in KlaraBo Sverige AB (”KlaraBo” or the ”Company”) has increased with 3,214,285 through a directed issue of shares of class B on 13 December 2021, as a result of ABG Sundal Collier AB exercising the over-allotment option issued in connection with the listing of the Company’s shares of class B on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in the Company amount to 131,827,883, whereof 16,815,000 shares of class A and 115,012,883 shares of class B. The number of votes amount to 283,162,883. The share capital amount to SEK 6,591,394.15.
