Klaria postpones publication of the annual report

Klaria Pharma Holding (publ) announces that the 2025 annual report will be published on May 29th.

Due to administrative reasons, the board of directors has decided that the annual report will be released on May 29th. The previously announced date was May 5th. The annual general meeting will therefore be postponed. The date, time and location of the annual general meeting will be announced at a later date.
