Change in ownership of KLIPPAN AB – New major shareholder

Jan Bernander and Stefan Lersten have today sold 1.011.198 shares in KLIPPAN AB to M2 Capital Management, LP. After this, Weland AB owns some 17 percent of the capital and votes, M2 Capital Management, LP some 15 percent and Nove Capital and associated companies some 12 percent.
