At the annual general meeting in May, the nomination committee for KLIPPAN AB will propose the following as members of the board of KLIPPAN AB: Re-election of ordinary members · Jan Bernander, chairman, Tommy Kullberg and Stefan Lersten The members Bertil Bernadotte and Lars-Åke Helgesson have declined re-election to the board.
