Kliva establishes Finnish office and appoints Amos Larinkoski to senior management

Kliva has appointed Amos Larinkoski as Country Manager to lead its operations in Finland. Larinkoski will also join Kliva’s senior management team, with a mandate spanning Nordic strategy, market positioning and continued development of the company’s SaaS offering.
This move marks Kliva’s formal entry into the Finnish market following strong growth in Sweden. Finland is a key part of Kliva’s Nordic expansion, as demand increases for structured, data-driven decision-making across the property sector.
At the core of Kliva’s business is its CRM and data platform, used by hundreds of companies to work in a structured way with property data, business intelligence, sustainability and collaboration. The platform supports real estate companies, asset managers, investors and advisors across the full property lifecycle.
Amos Larinkoski has previously held senior leadership positions at Newsec, including Head of Capital Markets, and brings extensive experience from the Nordic real estate and advisory markets. In his new role, he will lead Kliva’s operations in Finland and contribute to the company’s overall strategic direction as part of the senior management.
