Continued good sales for Ursviken in the USA

KMT´s subsidiary – Ursviken – has received two orders on the American market. The orders have a total value of approximately 20 MSEK to be booked in the second quarter 2006. The value is equivalent to more than 15% of the company’s annual sales that during 2005 reached 115 million MSEK:

Ursvikens Mekaniska Verkstads AB has through its daughter company in the USA sold one more large machine to the world’s largest manufacturer of construction equipment. The order consists of a press brake with press power 1500 US tons and press length 6.5 metres. The machine is equipped with Ursviken CNC controlled tool, specially designed for the customer’s unique requirement. Ursviken has also received a large order of restoring of machines in a factory in the south of the USA that during the autumn 2005 was hit very hard by the hurricane Katrina. The order concerns two very powerful guillotine shears and two press brakes, each with press power 640 and 2000 ton. The machines are originally made by Ursviken.
