Extended and increased cooperation with Bystronic As earlier informed KMT has signed a Letter of Intent concerning an increased cooperation with Bystronic and this has now resulted in a contract including an extension as well as an increase of this cooperation. The increased cooperation will result in positive effects for KMT's activities within the product area Sheet Metal Forming and will make an increased focus on the core business possible. At the turn of the year Sheet Metal Forming will be split up into two units - Pullmax and Ursviken. The cooperation between Pullmax and Bystronic will be increased regarding products as well as geographically. Pullmax will be able to offer a standard concept in Scandinavia, i e also in Denmark and Norway, as well as in Great Britain and Ireland for thin and medium sheet metal business. Further it is agreed upon that Bystronic will take part in the marketing of Pullmax' own developed product programme in new markets. This increased cooperation will make it possible for Ursviken to entirely concentrate on medium-sized and big customized press brakes with direct sales to customers in Europe, the USA and China.
