KMT Group sells KMT LMV AB to Norekon Invest AB

KMT has signed an agreement with Norekon Invest AB for the sale of KMT LMV AB. KMT LMV focuses on machining of precision items for the engineering and wind power industries and Norekon Invest’s main operations involve machining with companies as Noremech AB.

KMT LMV AB, Lidköping, with 50 employees and approximately 60 MSEK in sales, will be transferred to the new owner as of March 14, 2008.

There will be no change in KMT LMV AB’s organization as a result of the divestment. Following the sale, the company name of KMT LMV AB will be changed to Lidköpings Mekaniska Verkstads AB.
