Stockholm Tomas Billing new chairman of the KMT board With reference to Nordstjernan's entrance as new major owner of KMT a new board has been elected at today's extraordinary general meeting. According to the proposal of the nomination committee the following persons are re-elected: Björn Kumlin, Samme Lindmark and Carl-Erik Ridderstråle. Newly elected to the board are Tomas Billing, President of Nordstjernan AB and Gunnar Rustad, President of Scania Deutschland GmbH. Among their number the board has elected Tomas Billing as new chairman. Björn Kumlin, President of KMT comments: "With our work the last few years we have a basis for a continued organic growth within all product areas. In the future the board will use more time for acquisitions. Nordstjernan's resources as regards capability and network are therefore very suitable for KMT's continued development and expansion".
