As of 30 June 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Knowit amounts to 21,647,717.

The number of shares and votes in Knowit has increased as result of the registration of 1,785,714 shares, which in accordance with previously published information was issued in connection with the directed share issue carried out by the company on 10 June 2021.
