Change in the total number of shares and votes in Knowit
As of July 30, 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Knowit amounts to 27,408,600.
The number of shares and votes in Knowit has increased as a result of the registration of 5,760,883 shares, which in accordance with previously published information was issued in connection with the non-cash issue carried out by the company on July 1, 2021.
