Stockholm, January 19, 2015

The Board of Directors of the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation deeply regrets to inform that its honorary Chairman Econ. Dr. h.c. Peter Wallenberg, at the age of 88, peacefully passed away in his home on Monday, January 19, 2015.

Peter Wallenberg has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1971 and was Chairman from 1982 until recently.
