PRESS RELEASE

The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation (KAW) has, on January 31, 2013, acquired 6 600 000 A-shares in Investor AB, after which KAW’s total holding in Investor AB amounts to 150 096 000 A-shares and 2 100 B-shares, corresponding to 19,57 percent of the capital and 42,02 percent of the votes.

After the acquisition, the aggregate holding of KAW, the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation and the Marcus and Amalia Wallenberg Foundation amounts to 178 646 000 A-shares and 2 100 B-shares, corresponding to 23,29 percent of the capital and 50,01 percent of the votes.

Information about this change has, according to the rules of disclosure, also been sent to Investor AB and made public through the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
