Kojamo plc (the "Company") has on 6 September 2021 received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway).
According to the notification, the holding of Norges Bank in the Company's shares and votes has risen above 5 per cent on 3 September 2021. This company holds a total of 13,102,045 shares corresponding to an ownership of 5.30 percent in Kojamo’s shares and votes.
