Kojamo plc’s Green Impact Report 2023 published

Kojamo has published today the Green Impact Report for 2023. In addition, the Green Finance Framework was updated in February to align future financing activities with market best practices and standards.

Kojamo responds to the challenges brought by climate change and has set the goal of carbon-neutral energy consumption for the entire property portfolio by 2030. The Green Finance Framework links Kojamo’s sustainability targets and climate actions with the company’s investments and financing. Kojamo published the first Green Finance Framework in 2021 and has since issued two green bonds with a total amount of EUR 850 million. The proceeds of the bonds have been used to finance energy efficient buildings. In addition, Kojamo has made several sustainability-linked financing arrangements with banks.
