Kojamo signed with Danske Bank EUR 50 million credit agreement linked to its sustainability targets

Kojamo plc has signed a new EUR 50 million credit agreement with Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch. The credit agreement is unsecured and has a maturity of three years with two one-year extension options. The loan will refinance a EUR 50 million credit agreement with Danske maturing in spring 2023.

The margin of the credit facility is linked to Kojamo’s key sustainability targets related to the energy efficiency of new buildings as well as to the reduction of carbon footprint of the property portfolio. Responsibility and sustainable development is one of the key areas in Kojamo’s strategy, and the financing arrangement made with Danske underlines the company’s commitment to achieving the goals set out in the sustainability programme.
