Komplett ASA (KOM) has completed acquisition of 40 % of the shares of Norsk Bildelsenter AS

Komplett ASA (KOM) has today completed acquisition of 40 % of the shares of Norsk Bildelsenter AS (NBS) from Aladdin Oil AS and Geir Arthur Aasland. KOM has under certain conditions an option to acquire additional 30 % of the company’s shares in 2013 and the remaining 30 % of the shares in 2016.
