Order from Komplett.no – pick-up your order in Stavanger!

Komplett.no is expanding its services for all customers in the Stavanger region today by opening a new ”Pick-up-Point” at Forus. Customers can place their orders on the webshop, and then pick up their packages themselves. This means faster, less expensive delivery.

For several years, we have had Pick-up-Points in Sandefjord, Oslo and Trondheim, and they have been a big success", states Anton Hagberg, manager of Komplett.no. The Stavanger region is an important market for us as there are many web shoppers there. We are pleased to be in place now at the start of the Christmas shopping season.

Centrally located
Forus was not chosen at random. Forus is centrally located between Stavanger and Sandnes. We believe it will also be convenient for customers from Sola, Klepp, Hå, Time, Gjesdal and Randaberg. This area is a communications hub. There is also plenty of parking for customers picking up their orders", continues Hagberg. Experience has taught us that customers pick up all kinds of products themselves, but PCs and TVs have proved to be especially popular. Customers can also return products at the pick-up-point, and get help with any queries they might have.

Fast delivery
Komplett.no wants to deliver products as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 p.m. can be picked up the next morning from our Pick-up-Point at Forus. We notify customers by SMS or email when their order is ready for pick-up. We consider setting up more Pick-up-Points in major Norwegian cities on an ongoing basis.

Komplett.no stocks about 10 000 different products. This translates into a product range unparallelled by physical shops. We are the first to get new products and, thanks to high-volume procurements, we offer highly competitive prices.
