Changes in KONE’s Board of Directors – Andreas Opfermann steps down from KONE’s Board

Andreas Opfermann has today informed that he will resign from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of KONE, effective end of March 31, 2022, due to the significant and increasing time demands in his current role at Linde.

According to the Articles of Association, KONE’s Board of Directors comprises a minimum of five and a maximum of ten ordinary members, and a maximum of three deputy members. As of the beginning of April, the Board will consist of the following ordinary members: Matti Alahuhta, Susan Duinhoven, Antti Herlin, Iiris Herlin, Jussi Herlin, Ravi Kant, Jennifer Xin-Zhe Li and Krishna Mikkilineni. The Board is chaired by Antti Herlin and vice-chaired by Jussi Herlin.
