KONE to equip the Shenzhen BinFengGui Industrial Park in China

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has won an order to supply a suite of People Flow® solutions, including 60 KONE elevators, for the Shenzhen BinFengGui Industrial Park renewal project in China.
The industrial park is located in the heart of the Longhua Qinghu business district and will feature office, commercial and residential amenities as well as public facilities. It will be built into a group of large-scale complexes integrating office, commercial, residential, urban public facilities and other functions, shaping the skyline of Longhua Qinghu business district.
KONE’s delivery includes 60 MiniSpace™ elevators. In addition, the contract includes KONE E-Link™ remote monitoring and three-year standard maintenance service.

The main contractor is Shenzhen Rongheng Industrial Group Co, Ltd, and the main developer is Hongfa Group. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
KONE booked the order in the fourth quarter of 2022.
