Konecranes announces its new facility in West Allis, Wisconsin, a western suburb of Milwaukee.

With headquarters in Springfield, OH, Konecranes announces the relocation of its Wisconsin offices from Oak Creek to West Allis. This new location offers close proximity to the Konecranes Training Institute and Konecranes Nuclear Equipment and Service offices and is the new home to 105 employees in various business units and functions such as parts, equipment sales, service sales, accounting and sourcing.

Konecranes had utilized the Oak Creek facility since 1976, and through a five phase move process, now resides in West Allis. The initial project began in September 2013, with the signing of the new seven year lease. The employee move began in March 2014, finishing in early April 2014.

“We are very pleased with our new location and being able to bring our people together,” said Senior Vice President, Tom Sothard. “West Allis is a great fit for us and gives us room to grow in the future.”
