KCI KONECRANES PLC: SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS

A total of 1 500 KCI Konecranes Plc's shares have been
subscribed with the B option rights related to the stock
option plan 1999 and a total of 30 000 shares have been
subscribed with the A option rights related to the stock
option plan 2003. The shares will be traded on the 
Helsinki Stock Exchange as old shares as of 27 June
2005.
