KONECRANES HAS SIGNED A EUR 200-MILLION REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY               

Konecranes has signed a new EUR 200m three-year Revolving Credit Facility with  
its core relationship banks. The loan will be used for general corporate        
purposes and is a refinancing of the EUR 200-million facility signed March 2005.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Calyon, Handelsbanken, Nordea,  
Pohjola, Sampo and SEB. They are joined by Commerzbank as Lead Arranger. SEB    
acted as the Co-ordinating Mandated Lead Arranger and Facility Agent.
