Konecranes has on March 11, 2020, received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of HC Holding Oy Ab in Konecranes Plc’s shares and votes has fallen below 10.00 percent. On February 25, 2020, HC Holding Oy Ab’s holding amounted to 9.97 percent of Konecranes Plc’s shares and votes. HC Holding Oy Ab is a fully owned subsidiary of Hartwall Capital Oy Ab.
