Best selling wireless conference phone now part of video solution
The Konftel 300Wx is a huge success in the US, and probably the most sold wireless conference phone in the world during the last year. Now the Swedish company behind it, Konftel, builds on that with launching a hybrid wireless video solution and a clarified wireless IP product.

The wireless conference phone allows users to hold meetings wherever it is convenient for them around the office, without having to worry about network and power outlets. It also enables clean and cable free installations in meeting rooms of all sizes.
HD wireless audio is now made available also in the video conference kit Konftel C50300Wx Hybrid, positioned for medium sized to large meeting rooms. The convenient USB-conferencing package includes the Konftel 300Wx, the PTZ conference camera Konftel Cam50 with exceptional image quality and the Konftel OCC Hub for One Cable Connection. The user only need to plug in one single USB cable to the laptop to connect to the speakerphone, camera and screen in the room.
“Our video solution fully supports BYOM – Bring Your Own Meeting”, explains Torbjörn Karlsson, Product Manager at Konftel. “The user can bring the collaboration app of their own choice to the meeting room on any laptop with a USB port, and they only need to connect one cable. Thanks to the hybrid capability, you can also welcome participants via regular phone calls into the meeting. This is in line with the flexibility we endeavored to achieve with the wireless conference phone in the first place.”
A new product simplifies
To make the world’s most popular wireless conference phone even easier to buy, Konftel now creates a product code for the popular combination of Konftel 300Wx with the SIP DECT base Konftel IP DECT 10. The name of the new wireless IP product is Konftel 300Wx IP. The product including an analog DECT base will be renamed Konftel 300Wx Analog and the product without any base station simply Konftel 300Wx.
