¤35 Million / 326 MNOK Award to Kongsberg Automotive

Kongsberg, 9 December 2008. KA Actuation Division - Fluid systems is pleased to announce that over ¤35 million (326 MNOK) of hose & tube assembly business with one of the worlds leading truck manufacturers has been secured for supply over the next four years. Production start for many parts will be from 1st quarter 2009 with further products coming on stream during 2010. This package of business centres around the fuel and ancillary systems within the engine environment and utilizes unique products only available from Kongsberg Automotive. "This contract is the result of many months of hard work ensuring that we satisfy every aspects of the customers needs and deliver a unique package of products to this most demanding of market segments. This is the first time in this customer's history that a single source development agreement has been reached over such a wide variety of engine applications.
